The general objective of the project is to promote and support good governance in volleyball by providing Partners and all other interested National volleyball federations BIGG4VB methodology which will help them to develop strategic and action plans and, with realization of these plans, to incorporate principles of good governance in their everyday operations thus enhancing their governance and achieving more sporting success (in terms of participants, volleyball results/ achievements and financial resources/revenues).

SC1: to perform in-depth analysis of volleyball governance in NVFs in Austria, Croatia, Iceland, Italy, Poland and Slovenia (including beach volleyball in Austria!) that will reveal good practices, gaps and level of compliance to 10 principles of good governance

SC2: to develop and provide BIGG4VB methodology1 for Partners and all other interested National volleyball federations (associations, volleyball clubs and even wider than volleyball) that will enable every interested stakeholder to prepare its own strategic and action plans with incorporated GG principles for improvement of its governance

SC3: to develop 6 strategic and action plans (one for each Partner/National volleyball federation): each Partner/NVF will prepare its own 5 year strategic and 2 year action plan following BIGG4VB methodology1 (SC2) and taking into consideration results from in-depth analysis of volleyball governance (SC1)

SC4: to develop and provide BIGG4VB control and monitoring tool - customized tool for control and monitoring realization of developed plans that will help Partners and all other interested stakeholder to follow progress of implementation of action plan with detailed instructions how to use it
