The aim of the BIGG4VB project is to implement good governance in volleyball federations and clubs on the basis of ten criteria, while with cooperation with ZŠEM and KIF Split, also identify examples of good governance and adherence to principles in national federations of Austria, Iceland, Italy, Poland, Slovenia and Croatia.
At the meeting in Zagreb, which was held in Zagreb instead of Rome due to the COVID-19 pandemic, questionnaires were presented for the development of action plans and a draft application was presented – a tool that will be helpful to the National Alliances for the development of strategic plans. Also project members worked on a manual for the use of an application that will be very helpful to alliances.
